Are quotes and call-outs free?
Yes. Quotes are free and we attend call-outs free of charge. You're only charged if we carry out work or diagnostics on the visit.
What guarantees do you offer?
2 years on workmanship, plus manufacturer warranties from 5 years minimum, 10 years on better boilers, and up to 12 years on Worcester Bosch.
Do you really answer 24 hours?
Calvin answers the phone whenever he can, it's not a staffed night line. We aim to attend emergency call-outs the same day.
How do payments work?
50% deposit to book, balance on completion (staged payments on bathroom jobs). We accept card, bank transfer and cash.
What fuels do you cover?
Gas only at present. We're not currently OFTEC registered, no oil boiler work.
How fast do you turn quotes around?
Boilers and larger jobs usually within a week. Bathrooms can take a little longer, depending on how long you take to choose products.
