Calvin Newton got into the plumbing and heating trade at 16. After 14 years working for larger companies, he set up Heat Solution London to give customers the personal, accountable service the bigger firms couldn't offer once the sales visit was over.
Ten years on, the model hasn't changed. Calvin still answers the phone himself. Calvin still does the surveys. Calvin (with Dan, a long-standing sub-contractor) does the installs. There's no call centre, no scripted pitch, no salesman commission built into your quote.
